Esculap-Service

Esculap Service was founded in 1997. We are based in West Germany and we help Western European patients to find suitable clinics in the whole of Poland. Furthermore we advise and help our customers and if required make the travel arrangements.

Our service :

1. We will arrange an appointment for the surgery at the Polish clinic. Before your
departure you will receive a written price and appointment confirmation from us.

2. If desired, we will make a free of charge, not binding costs estimate for your operation at the Polish clinic. The Polish surgeon will need your pictures, descriptions of your wishes, and some personal data in order to prepare the treatment for you. The length of your stay depends on the operation you will have. On this basis we will draw up a cost estimate for you. At home
you can think about our offer calmly and decide whether you will take advantage of the treatment.

3. If you decided in favour of the treatment, you will be asked to answer a few questions in a questionnaire. We point out that all doctors are subject to physician confidentiality and that no data will be handed to a third party.

4. After we receive the questionnaire, we will send you a price and appointment confirmation and an invoice over 49,- € incl. VAT for the successful mediacy.

5. At request, we can organise the travel for you. No matter whether you need a hotel, bus, train, or
flight reservation, we can arrange everything - free of charge.
